Using Hivestar

You may browse public content without an account. Some features require a verified account. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Google sign-in authenticates your identity but does not make Google a seller, sponsor, or operator of Hivestar. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person's rights.
• Do not interfere with security controls, rate limits, authentication, availability, or other users' access.
• Do not scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or automate access in a way that harms the service or exceeds ordinary public use, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not submit malicious code, deceptive content, or information you do not have the right to use.

Products and external purchase channels

Product content, availability, prices, and purchase options may change. When Hivestar directs you to an external checkout, marketplace, payment, delivery, or service channel, that provider's terms, privacy policy, pricing, fulfillment, return, and refund rules also apply. Review them before completing a transaction.

Content and intellectual property

Hivestar and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding, software, product presentation, and original content. You may use public site content for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development. We may restrict or close accounts that materially violate these terms, while preserving rights required by applicable law.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hivestar disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated here and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the service or an external provider. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply to future use, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
